1. Introduction
Welcome to BonBon Travel (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website https://bonbontravel.vn (the “Site”) and your purchase of travel services (tours, accommodations, transportation, activities) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or booking Services through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
• Booking: Your reservation of one or more Services through the Site.
• Client: The individual or entity making a Booking.
• Supplier: Third‑party provider of Services (hotels, carriers, guides, activity operators).
• Price: The total cost for the Services, including any applicable fees, taxes, and surcharges.
3. Booking and Confirmation
3.1 All Bookings are subject to availability.
3.2 To make a Booking, you must complete the online reservation form and pay any required deposit or full payment.
3.3 We will send you a Booking Confirmation by email once your Booking is accepted and payment is received.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All Prices are quoted in US DOLLAR (USD) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, supplier rate changes, or government-imposed taxes or fees. We will notify you of any price changes before final payment is due.
4.3 Payment terms (deposit, final balance, due dates) will be specified in your Booking Confirmation.
5. Cancellation and Amendments
5.1 Cancellation by Client:
• More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus any non‑refundable fees.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before departure: no refund.
5.2 Amendment requests must be made in writing. Amendments may incur fees and are subject to availability.
5.3 Cancellation by Us: In the rare event we must cancel your Booking (e.g., due to insufficient participants or force majeure), we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
6. Travel Documents and Insurance
6.1 It is your responsibility to obtain and carry valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other required travel documents.
6.2 We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and personal liability.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or epidemics.
8. Liability
8.1 We act only as an agent for Suppliers. Our liability for errors, omissions, or negligent acts is limited to arranging Services and does not extend to Supplier failures.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total Price paid by the Client for the affected Services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bon Bon Travel or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Booking of Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
